SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs, then compare it with the size chart on the product page. Weight is a helpful guide, but chest size matters most.
My dog is between two sizes. Which one should I pick?
Size up for fluffy or deep-chested dogs, and size down for slim dogs.
What if the harness doesn't fit?

PERSONALIZATION
Is personalization really free?
Yes. Every harness comes with two custom patches, one for each side, printed with your dog's name and, if you like, your phone number.
How many characters can I use?
Up to 10 characters for your dog's name.
Do I have to add a phone number?
No, it's optional. Many owners add it so anyone who finds their dog can call them right away.
Can I remove or change the patches?
Yes. The patches attach with hook-and-loop, so you can take them off or swap them anytime.
I made a typo in my dog's name. Can I fix it?
Email us at c1105i2644@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can update it if your order hasn't gone into production yet.
THE HARNESS
Is it a no-pull harness?
Phenika is a no-choke harness: the leash clips to the D-ring on the back, so pulling pressure spreads across the chest instead of the throat. It is not designed as a training tool to stop pulling.
How do I put it on?
Slip it over your dog's head, click the buckle under the chest, then adjust the straps so two fingers fit snugly under them.
How do I clean it?
Remove the name patches, hand wash the harness in cool water with mild soap and let it air dry.
